Bode Fall 22 : Exclusive pieces in BDC Store

Founded six years ago by Emily Adams Bode, Bode often marinates in personal narratives. Bursting with nostalgia and romantic motifs, the brand is praised for its high-calibre quality and sense of individualism through custom techniques, from contemporary workwear ornamented with quilted decor to handcrafted garments that exude elegance.

For her Pre-Fall 2022 collection presented in June, the designer looked inwards to her marriage with her beloved partner Aaron Aujla. Formalwear was reconditioned with Bode’s eccentric charm in mind, utilizing unconventional hues and patterns to stand out from the ceremonial crowd.

Now, Bode introduces its Fall 2022 Menswear collection, which dives deep into the brand’s archives, looking back to its debut collection. Vast in materials, pigment interpretations and technical application, the range finds ease in complexity.

Puffed sets don hypnotic maze-like embroidery, laying atop intricate button-ups detailed with playful flowers extracted in primary tones. Cozy sherpa coats are sinched at the waist with beaded rope, while sophisticated crocheted tops grant a glimpse at the figure underneath.

Bode takes hold of the sparkling trend this season, adorning collarless jackets and straight-cut trousers with sequinned florals that glisten under the moonlight. A full-length onesie is enhanced by a skeletal structure, standing alongside patchwork sets decorated with uneven geometrical forms as if sewn together by grandma. Plaid trousers are paired nicely with snug puffers and complementing headgear, while classic car coats arrive with military identity.

Fall 2022 showcases what Bode does best, setting it on display with the utmost quality and tasteful flair. You can find more from Bode on its website.
