Nick Fouquet’s experimental millinery in Venice Beach produces bohemian hats rooted in its founder’s free-spirited personality. In a small workshop, the company works with sustainably harvested beaver-fur felt using traditional steam machines and restored hat blocks, creating handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces. In 2021, the label began collaborating with Florentine designer Federico Curradi to create a line of characterful ready-to-wear pieces inspired by a range of references including the wardrobe of Jean-Michel Basquiat and the films of Andrei Tarkovsky.
