The New York-based brand was founded by Emily Bode in 2016 as a college project. Growing up antiquing with her mother and aunts, she developed a love for antiques - the materials for her collection are sourced all around the U.S. and all over the world. Bode repurposes all kinds of domestic textiles for her boxy, workwear inspired silhouettes: from French bed linens over Victorian quilts from New England to printed grain sacks. Each piece is unique and brings almost forgotten techniques back to life without being old-fashioned.
